Role: Executive Director
Tavaziva Dance is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to join our Artistic Director in leading the organisation through an exciting period of growth. The Executive Director will provide strategic, financial and organisational leadership to realise the Company’s artistic ambitions and secure its long-term sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of an internationally recognised dance company as it strengthens its artistic impact, grows income and partnerships, and prepares for its next phase of development. We are looking for an inspiring, collaborative leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for the arts.
Salary: £35,200 – £36,800 per annum (0.8 FTE), equivalent to a full-time salary of £44 – 46,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 4 days per week (0.8 FTE)
Start date: October 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter
