The Southbank Centre’s festival installations present a striking backdrop for the new work MADIBA. Modern chants, ancestral voices and dancers, mainly from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, echo and celebrate Nelson Mandela’s life’s work.
Specially commissioned by Southbank Centre and created by Bawren Tavaziva, assisted by Bafana Solomon Matea and Theo Samsworth.
