Bawren Tavaziva returned to the renowned In2IT international dance festival at Kristiansund in Norway in March 2026 with company dancer Jessica Chambers, joining dance companies from Greece, Ukraine, and Spain.
In partnership with In2IT Festival, Bawren and Jessica worked with wonderful local dancer Shelmith Øseth to create a new version of Bawren’s much-praised work, Requiem, which was first performed at the National Gallery in 2025.
The piece was enthusiastically received in a performance at the Festival’s beautiful new theatre, Normoria.
A regular and favourite event at the Festival, Bawren also led a popular masterclass with Norwegian dance students, and participated in a post-show Q&A.
