Born and raised in Hong Kong, Yanki has a background in Latin dance, rhythmic gymnastics, Chinese traditional dance and other commercial styles.
Yanki later moved to the UK and began her training at London Contemporary Dance School. She has since worked with various choreographers for theatre and outdoor performances across the UK and internationally. Yanki has just recently performed with ‘The Bowie Show’ on the West End. Through freelancing, she has also been featured in commercial works such as films, music videos and fashion events. Yanki is trained and interested in a wide range of movement styles, from dance to martial arts, which she believes each brings out a different side of her. She is excited to be joining Tavaziva’s GREED tour and to further develop her artistic voice.
