Oraine Frater is a talented dancer and teacher who has an open mind to being exposed to different genres of dance. He was one of the Assistant Artistic Directors and a former principal dancer with L’Acadco: A United Caribbean Dance Force where he has performed and toured to several countries including Suriname, United States, Japan, Barbados, Trinidad, Cayman Islands and Anguilla.
He is a certified L’Antech instructor and examiner, and a former resident part time teacher and Assistant Artistic Director of Campion College’s dance society.
Oraine is also a graduate from the University of Technology where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management.
Oraine recently finished touring the United Kingdom with the award-winning Broadway production “Disney’s The Lion King: U.K, Ireland & Switzerland Tour”. He has also performed with BOP Jazz Company, Classically British & Co and Edinburgh Multicultural Festival.
