A warm welcome back (and congratulations) to our Company Manager Emily Winfield who has recently come back from maternity leave!

Secondly, we welcome our new intern Anna-Louise Fleet!

Anna-Louise is a third year BA Dance with Theatre and Performance student at the University of Surrey, in Guildford.

What excites you about the Tavaziva company?

I am a strong believer in the countless benefits that dance has to offer, and the unique Tavaziva Dance Company definitely comply with this. The company not only offers a therapeutic platform for Bawren to explore his past and express himself, but they also allow others to learn firsthand about a culture that we perhaps do not always have access to. I myself have found performances by the company to be didactic as well as transformational, and, of course, an extremely enjoying watch!

What are you looking forward to?

I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge on how a successful company is formed. I am excited to gain expertise from a multitude of aspects such as administration, marketing, education, and tour and production management. These skills will enable me to have an advanced understanding of the dance industry and will greatly benefit me after I leave university. Learning this in such a lively and vibrate company fills me with motivation for the future.
